When our clients first contacted Strand Interiors, they had just purchased this Coto de Caza house from a “flipper” who had updated it using cheap finishes and a gray color palette - stripping away most of its charm. Our role was to highlight architectural strengths, create a family-friendly space, and infuse some much-needed personality back into the space.

Every design needs a jumping off point, and for Project Le Port it was the Persian rugs that had been in the family for generations.

This dining room was stuck in early 2000s Tuscan style and in need of a refresh. Though some of the furniture felt heavy and dated, the grand dining table still fit the space perfectly, so we decided to work with it.
